as it needs to be removed to do this job.
You may want to remove the battery and charge it seperately. This will also reset the ECU, perhaps allowing it to work better. This is a frequent problem after repair work.
Make sure that jack-ass re-atttached all the APC hoses, wires, and fuel injection wires. Make sure there are no vacuum leaks. One needs to remove all the ductwork and the BPC and rubber hoses when one rebuilds or replaces the turbo.
You may have too much boost, so you are blowing grommets OR he hooked the wrong hoses to the wrong wrong places. That will make a car stall badly. There is a vacuum hose diagram under the hood, and in Bentley's.
Bolts would not significantly plug up the DP or cat.
Replace the exhaust manifold "replacement bolts" your idiot mechanic made ASAP with correct bolts from Eeuroparts. Exhaust manifold studs will crack off in the holes and not be removable if not made of special hardenned steel.
Make this mechanic return your money! You should not have taken the car if it was in such bad shape!
I really think this is hose related and ECU related. I also think e may have either swapped your battery or left it dead so it won't recharge. You won't know until you charge it for a couple of hours.
