on the test run take your torqwrench with you,
now seeing i dont know what wheel it was im going to give some advice for both wheels,
find a k-mart, or a wal-mart, or anywhere that has a big parking lot.
when in the parking lot turn the wheel hard to the left, and drive in a circle twice at approximately 20 mph, or as fast as you can handle the car. after two or four circles are complete do not straighten the steering wheel
stop the car with the wheels still cranked left and grab the torqwrench, and try to tighten the passenger side axle nut some more.
when finished clime back in the car and crank the wheel to the right, do the circles same as before, stop the car then try to tighten the driver-side axle nut some more.
now as for the reason why.
with a loose axle nut the hub shaft that slides with-in the wheel bearing can loosen leaving the hub shaft not fully set,
tightening with the torqwrench can not achieve the pounds needed to set a hub with-in the bearing, when driving in the circle the hub will have no choice to set itself within the bearing, and before it can pop, or slide itself back out your there with the torqwrench tightening the axle nut just that much more.
now don't burn to much rubber off the tires ripping them circles.
:)
then take it out on the vibration test.
