Go for it with the anti-sieze. Won't be a problem. That said, one of my cars (a 1989 900t) has wheel bolts that end up incredibly tight despite liberal use of antiseize, extensive cleaning, and very restrained use of the torque wrench when putting them back on. When i go to take the wheels off the car they invariably require the use of a 1/2" socket and a 4 foor breaker bar (which i keep in the trunk). The bolts regularly defeat the air tools in most tire shops. My three other cars have no such difficulties.
