Just had another brain storm; This car had it's engine replaced. A very common problem is that some guys don't take the injection harness ground connections seriously when they do that job. If 2 of those ground wires are making better contact with each other than they are to ground you can have injection system problems. Isolating system grounds is one reason they used two ground screws a few inches apart. Some wires went to one screw, some to the other. You may have to look at an unmolested car or get a wiring diagram to get those all right back where they belong if they've been altered. At least make sure that they are all clean and securely grounded. Cheers
