Use a flare nut wrench for this job. It looks like a closed ended box wrench with a notch cut out so you can fit it over the brake line. Instead of the wrench grabbing just two sides of the nut, it grabs all but one side of the nut. This keeps even pressure on the nut so it doesn't crush the nut, making it oblong, thus causing it to be even tighter in to threaded hole. Makes a better job of the repair.
