Th head is 100% flat (I had this profesionally done). It is strange that compression is the same 4 bar on all cylinders - not 4-6-9-7 or so. I have opened the engine of another T16 before, I could move the pistons with my hand but I could still start it. Now I cannot move them and compression is so low it won't start.
I suspect the checking of the head has not been done properly - but now I don't know how to see if the engine is bad or the head. Valves bad?
