Thanks everyone for all the info!

I traced the vacuum lines as best I could, a couple were loose, so I cut them back and reconnected but it didn't change anything. The hose coming off the intake thing was not connected, fell off because it was split, so I cut it back and reconnected. That was the gauge hose.

So now the gauge works! The needle moves up and down when I hit the gas and let off suddenly. But now the needle rests in the MIDDLE of the white zone. When I really stomp on the gas it jumps up to that little dot just before the yellow zone, and falls below it's neutral position when I let off the gas.

I opened the airbox, and the engine ran the same, so it's not an air obstruction. I disconnected the APC Solenoid, and nothing changed at all. When I plug the Solenoid in I can hear it clicking, so it's turning on and off, it just doesn't change anything.

The car does run fine, and I can feel the turbo kick in. I've had the car for two years now, and it has always been just a little hard to start, I don't know if that has anything to do with it. When I put in the new stage 3 APC it made the car hard to idle for the first few minutes.

There is a small device mounted just in front of the APC module (behind the left headlight) that has a hose connection that's not attached. I can't fine a homeless hose for it. There's no vacume or pressure coming out of the connection.

I also found two electrical lines with no home. The kind with a molded end attachment. I also can not find anything they would go to. Both are on the top of the engine, over the intake manifold.

I have cell phone images of all this stuff if seeing them would help at all.

Any ideas? All I can think of now is to adjust the charge pressure, but I don't have the gauges and stuff to do that, so I'm stuck.

Thanks again for all the help!
