Amm? Try unplugging the AMM and see how it drives. The drive won't be to good, but if it's better than the AMM plugged in I would think that you might be replacing it.(AMM) I don't think that the AIC does much when driving at highway speeds since the air flow is greater at the throttle intake. Other simple thing could be that theres a hose clamp loose on the air intake or turbo connections. Old plugs, air filter, old fuel filter, loose electrical, cleaning ground cluster, connections, etc. I once did some work on my 92/900t and forgot to tighten the lower air hose from the turbo. Tried every hard check posible, only to find the hose would slip off while driving. My car seem to idle fine, but I couldn't drive over 20mph and only with lite throttle pedal. Check large air hoses.
