You just might be able to roll a new chain in. Probably have 1 - 2 bent valves since you were just backing up. The breaking of the chain at such a low speed limits the damage. Pull the head, replace 1 -2 valves and roll a new chain in. All this can be done with the engine in the car. Fix it and smile! The quality of the Saab c900 is why we do these repairs. If you decide to sell, do it on this site. 1991 was a great year!
