Wilwood make a direct bolt-up for the -'87 steering members. They end up a couple mm off center of the vented rotor, but not enough to worry about - you just use up brake pads slightly unevenly. I had them on my '86, sold them on the classifieds here last year! You just need to measure the spacing on your spindle & talk to a Wilwood dealer. They've changed all their model names so I don't know what's what anymore, but I'm sure the available fitments haven't changed.
I have no solution to the handbrake issue, other than a hydraulic handbrake and activate the rears (or all four!). I'm sure some other caliper could be made to work there either directly or with an adapter, but you'd still need to fashion the cabling and use the later-style handbrake. On my '86, I just went handbrake-less and left it in gear. Saved weight! :)
