The harnesses should be the same.
But, there are two harnesses. The main electrical harness, and the fuel injection harness. The main electrical harness starts at the fuse box (indeed the fuse box is part of the harness). From there it travels along the left inner fender, and hits all your lights, APC harness, cruise control, fans, ignition, etc. The Injection harness starts inside the car, in the right footwell, at the fuel injection computer. There is a connection there to the inside-the-car electrics, but most of the harness goes out the side of the cabin, right above the box. You'll see it come out under the side of the windshield. From there, it goes through the inner fender, and to the engine block, where it then connects to the various parts of the FI system on the motor.
