Giga,
as for the interchangeability question - I'm again not sure with the earlier 4x114.3 version, but I believe that such a wheel from 99 model should perfectly fit C900 and vice versa. As for the later 4x108 scheme - although the scheme itself was the same for both C900 and 9K models and main dimensions (offset, hub dia and so forth) are the same whenever wheel comes off C900 or 9000, but one should keep in mind that 9K is a bigger car compared to C900 and needs more road traction and thus wider tires (C900 were topped with 195/60-15 tires while 9000 went up to 205/60-15 and even to 205/55-16 sizes) and this wider rims. So usually 9K wheels are +0.5 inch wider compared to the same (or similar) wheels from C900 model (e.g. 5.5J for C900 rim and 6J for 9000 rim are the typical figures).

So are the rims off earlier C900's interchangeable with ones off 99? I believe they are, although not 100% sure. Are the rims off later C900's interchangeable with ones off 9K? Yes, though they are (or may be) different, but they are still interchangeable.

N.B.: this answer was only about the rims and should not be extrapolated on to tires which are a part of a wheel and thus a part of your original question. Search this BB with a key like "195/65-R15" or similar on in-depth discussions regarding experiences with different tire sizes. The stock ones are in the owner's manual (see the last pages) which was supplied with your C900 in the glove-box.
