What he said - charge your battery overnight.
The voltage numbers that mean something:
-Open Circuit Voltage: Fully charge the battery - let it sit overnight - then measure it (Disconnected). This is a primary indicator of battery health (the other being a Load Test). You should get something in the 12.6-12.8 range.
-Now, install this good charged battery in your car, and get the EDU running and idle voltages.
Check voltages at the alternator, and at the battery, with the engine running - How much voltage drop do you see between the two? Any significant would indicate main wiring as the issue.
The lack of a warning lamp indicator can not cause your alternator to not-charge, it just takes longer to come online (you have to rev the engine once to energize the coil).
