I have used a spritz of silicone spray with good effect. I hate the dish soap approach, just because I never have dish soap in the garage. :D
Frankly, I think grease is going to fine on this rubber. We're talking about rubber adjacent to the engine and just over the road, so you gotta believe there are plenty of petroleum products spraying all over them, all the time. That Syn Blend stuff goes on CV joints, inside rubber CV boots. Granted, rubber comes in different flavors and different flavors have different resistances, but "suspension rubber" is probably closer to "cv boot rubber" than, say, "door seal rubber."
I do think there could be concern in bushings that aren't fixed inside their bores, but probably not enough to worry about. Assuming we're talking about "some grease" rather than "Exxon Valdez," I don't think I'd worry about it. These rubber parts, in 2013, are made of crap. Chances are they will fail pretty quickly anyway.
