Those readings in and off themselves seem reasonable, although it's hard to know for sure in a vacuum. You might have a great mixture with a healthy cat, or you might have a very lean mixture and inherently low HCs (thus causing high NOx). You'll probably want to watch your O2 sensor voltage and see what it says - although narrow band O2 sensors of unknown age and performance aren't the most ideal indicator. In fact, it's quite poor. Still, it's what we've got to work with. :) Lower voltage is a leaner mixture, so if you find it swinging around closer to 0v versus close to 1v you likely have a problem. It's not truly that simple, but it's an indicator, anyway. Unfortunately you're dealing with a fair number of variables and no clear right answer. It's a matter of cleaning everything up to get proper, holistic functionality.
