SP,
what ECU you're wondering about?
EZK ECU does not use 30 line (unfused and unmanaged 12V, i.e. 12V line from battery which isn't toggled on or off thru the ignition switch) so goes on and off with 15 line (an unfused 12V line managed by the ignition switch, hot on RUN and START ignition switch positions) to which it is connected with its terminal #6 thru fuse #3 in the main fuse-box. And this isn't something special or uncommon: for example, ABS ECU is powered thru the same 15 line.
LH ECU gets its constant 12V supply on pin #4 (used for RAM power) and is toggled on and off thru pin 35 which is connected thru fuse #22 in the main fuse-box to that very line 15 which was discussed earlier.
Zig
P.S.
Wire #567 - between 176.8 and 200.24/25 - runs Tq signal from LH ECU to EZK ECU so the latter knows current engine load (in simple and easy terms: air consumption vs RPM) and puts on the proper ignition advance. But it has nothing to do about ECU wake up or something. The wake-up comes to LH ECU as 15 line on pin #35. Another sorta wake-up signal is the RPM signal (wires ##284 - 204 - 530) which goes from EZK ECU pin #17 to LH ECU pin #1; the latter uses this signal for many purposes and among them is the ON signal it sends (or cuts off) to the fuel pump relay.
