I'll check the ground you are talking about near the A-pillar. Thanks for the info on the brown wire. I seem to recall though that disconnecting that silenced the alarm system? Maybe faulty memory again. First step, unplug the alarm console. Second step, check ground at A-pillar. Third step wiggle the wire bundle while operating the turn signals. Fourth step, Mmaybe check wiring under the fuse panel. Fifth step?
PS, did I mention I'm selling my Jeep Liberty tomorrow? I love the idea of driving a c900 Winter beater with iPikes on her, but am having second thoughts. Will miss the remote start and 4WD.? Also bought a Westy (VW Vanagon WEstfalia) this Summer and she has her own set of problems (suddenly the brake lights don't work and had to have a helic coil put in for leaking oil drain plug, plus it hesitates on acceleration) but I will also have that (has new tires) for secondary emergency Winter beater.
