I think you already know all the stuff you need to know about rust and rust-proofing. My only piece of advice is to go with stainless steel closed nuts wherever possible (like those ball-joints to a-arms joint mentioned above). As for the parking brake, just use it every time you park it and it'll be fine, although it's worth to oil it (cable) every 3-5 years, e.g. every rear brake disk service.
I can't name a certain joint or connection in a stock C900 that is especially tending to rust. BJ bolts tend to break because of rust in the thread and nylon insert in the nut which combined make you apply excessive force when undoing the nut from the bolt - this can be solved with my solution above.

Oh, I got it. Those screw-joints tend to give troubles time to time. I mean like the ones which hold the headlights, though I'm not sure whether DOT-lights feature the same fastenings as E-codes.
And the stuff inside the doors. And the screws which screw the spoiler thing in the rear. And the studs which clamp the fuel tank. And the upper shock-absorber nuts. These things can be fixed (or enhanced) with a solid amount of grease applied and the coated into a hose of appropriate internal diameter (or like those plastic cups which Koni uses to rust-proof upper nut).
I think now that's it.
