Sigh, know the feeling. Works the same with me: Drive till warm/ Do some shopping/ restart with engine still lukewarm/ accelerate and.... poof! goes into limp (92 9kt).
My Saabtech (no dealer) tells me that the only way to get rid of it is to replace the electronic throttle (the thingie at the right of the inlet manifold) and associated mechanics. In fact, as a matter of course on 150k+ m vehicules (mine has 170k). The stuff is quite delicate, and for now they tried to slove it by tatking it apart, cleaning, adjusting, but it keeps on coming back. No electronic fault codes.
Thank god we don't have deers in The Netherlands, just cows, and they are not allowed to run loose.
