The rear bushes on the front control arm wear out quite quickly, as they do ao lot of work. Mine were well worn out at about 140K miles, and probably long before. Changing these for new OEM rubber ones made a worthwhile improvement, sharpening up the steering and getting rid of that "floaty" feeling at speed. The whole car felt more solid on the road.
I have also done the poly bushes on the rear anti-roll bar, and agree with the others here about reducing understeer. I never did fit the poly anti-roll bar bushes on the front, since I have heard so many people say it brought back the understeer. I eventually went to poly for the control arm bushes, but the rubber ones will make quite a difference and you won't risk compromising the ride.
I'd do these as a priority, then consider changing the anti-roll bar bushes.
