Hello, As in usual fashion I thought about replacing the t-stat and thermoswitch to 82C while doing the blower motor and heater core. Replaced thermoswitch and proceed to the t-stat housing. One bolt was very corrode. Started to strong arm the other bolt when all of a sudden I have no resistence. You guessed it...I torqued the head off the bolt. I have 4-5 threads to work with. Vice grips didn't work and tried heating the area and using the vice grips again. Its stuck. I need some help on drilling this bolt out. Throttle body has been removed for easy access to the area.
I found another small flap from my repair shop for the blower housing. Mine was broke. But upon installation of the blower housing I broke the small flap and the large one. My night goes from bad to worst. Saab wants $70 for new ones. Where can I get a used set of flaps?
Thanks as always
