I suffered with an idle/stalling problem with a '94 9K CSE for over a year. I had the dealer look into it twice, and they were heading down the path of a new ECU ($$$$). Eventually the problem was solved with a new IAC from ($116 from Trollhatten Auto Parts.) The little electric positioning motor in the valve becomes erratic when it nears end of life and there doesn't appear to be any practical way to disassemble it to clean the commutator & check the brushes, etc. The idle of the car has been flawless for the last four months since it was replaced - no stalling, spot on...Even better than the idle on my '97 9k CSE. Good luck, let me know if this solves your problem.
