By the way, heard back from the Mille Miglia guy. 17" rim, 25mm offset, ranges from $125 to $133 -- not bad, eh? Waiting to see what the shipping would amount to.
Regardless, the cost to refinish my Aero rims would have come in about the same, so what the hell. And you're right -- I'll likely need hub adaptor rings, but no biggie there.
You're also correct, the "ET" number on your wheel is the offset. As you run wider wheels, you need that ET number to be lower. That also brings the wheels out closer to being flush with the fenders. (Have to be careful about rubbing issues.)
