Mille Miglia has some sweet designs! I refinished my Aero wheels last weekend, just because I was bored and can't afford a new set of wheels (and can't find much). They came out pretty nice, I painted them a metal flake black, almost an anthracite grey color, and sanded down and polished the lips. This will placate me at least until summer. There is a stamping on the wheel that says "ET 27" which I take as a 27mm offset, so I think that 30mm and 25mm would fit just fine without spacers, but which way to go for your flush wheel look, well, I dunno. I think lower.
My only other concern is the hub. May have to get hub rings to get it to seat right on the wheel. I guess it depends on the rim. Anyway, good luck and post what you do.
IF your TCS keeps acting up, try disconnecting the battery for about a half hour. For some reason, this solves many of the gremlins that turn up on my 93 Aero.
