I can't say if your readings are right or wrong. It is VERY difficult to measure these system since they go into limp home if you disconnect anything or measure on the wrong wire, or use an Volt/Ohm meter that pulls to high of a load. In limp home you can get signals that are way off from what the book says.
Keep in mind that if you have the Saab manual, the values listed on each wire is most of the time collected using a break out box. That way the whole circuit is still intact and the system operating normally when the value is sampled.
I never pay much attention to all these different signals and Ohm resistance readings that people on the board talk about.
Why? because it is always the same parts and adjustments/calibrations that is needed to fix the car AND I have the scan tool where I can look at most value on the screen and deem them to be correct or not. The scan tool doesn't list the signals in their correct value like Volt or Ohm, but more in a on/off pattern.
After awhile you learn to check certain things like all vacuum hoses, check valve, dump valve, pedal potentiometer and calibration.
