No blower motor, and blown cooling fan fuse.

Well, I guess there's some sort of problem with the cooling fan relays on these cars? Ours keeps blowing the fuse every time the fan kicks on. It was fine in the winter, but it's starting to get really hot, so it's just sitting for now. Do anyone know anything about this problem? I remember reading about it a long time ago, in a post here. So, maybe I need a new relay?
Also, I spent several very cold days this winter in my garage replacing the blower motor. If you've ever done this job on this car, you know it's not fun! Well, I got the entire thing put back together,(I also did the heater core while I was in there) and it still doesn't work! I don't know if I put in a bad motor, (brand new Bosch from eEuroparts) or maybe there's something else wrong? Just before the blower motor quit, it was only blowing on high.(I also sounded like there was a mad rat in a cage in there!) I know this to be a bad fan selector resistor. If the resistor goes out completely, I asume this won't supply the blower motor with power. So, maybe the resistor is bad?
If it is a bad motor, I don't know what I'll do. The last thing I want to do is tear it all apart again! That's the reason for doing the heater core at the same time, right!
Thanks in advance,
Courtney H. Caillouet
