Unfortunatley, I don't have a part number for that style of clamp.
As far as stage 8 is concerned, I purchased their teardrop shaped retainers and they made them out of stainless steel for me. These have worked great as they cannot loosen.

I recently read something about why many people may be having problems with nuts loosening...the oem nuts are copper and designed to handle the heat ranges of the DP. Many of us (including myself) ended up replacing the factory nuts with what we thought would be better (grade 8.8 steel) the properties of those non-stock nuts cause them to loosen in this case.
Joe mentioned retaining the bracket for the DP, we don't have them on 92's so you can't...
I definitely recommend using hose clamps on top of new exhaust hangers, I had several hangers break before I did this all around. Now my system is held very snuggly in place.
Cutting off part of the pipe leading to the second muffler was necessary for me to get the exhaust to tuck properly underneath. This created a problem with the rear hanger for the muffler not be able to reach the rear mounts. I extended the piece that came with the system using thick flat steel and bolts.
