...need your help:
-- '93 Aero.
-- I replaced my heater core today.
-- Installed new silicone vacuum hoses yesterday, all ran fine.
-- After installing heater core, but before installing blower, I started the car to make sure the heater core didn't leak. Car ran fine.
-- Installed blower motor (but did not disconnect the battery). Put everything back together (i.e. false firewall, etc.). I didn't move or remove any of the vacuum hoses or plug or unplug any engine management stuff before putting the blower back in. Tried to start the car -- INSTANTLY WENT INTO LIMP-HOME MODE.
-- Also got five CEL flashes (Air Intake Temp Sensor), but I just replaced the Air Intake Temp Sensor. Any chance this CEL would come on due to TCS limp-home?
-- Only thing I noticed when checking all connections was that the wire harness connector on the back of the electronic throttle body could be slightly wiggled up and down. In the process of wrestling to get the blower in, could I have accidentally pushed down on this and damaged the connector?
-- I have had NO TCS issues before today.
HELLLLP!
TIA, as always!
