First, why do you think you need the O2 sensors replaced? Unless the Check Engine Light is on and is spitting out codes related to those sensors (you need to have these codes read with a diagnostic tool, AutoZone does it for free), don't replace them. They're expensive and have been known to cause problems when fooled around with.
Second, the secondary O2 sensor (one after the cat) hardly ever needs to be replaced. It's actually used only as a baseline figure for the ECU to understand what the primary sensor (one at turbo end) is relaying.
Third, Saab and Bosch oem-type sensors are EXACTLY the same. Bosch makes them for Saab. Only difference is Saab puts its name on the threads.
** HOWEVER ** : It has been known and noted within this board that many 9K's do not like any other O2 sensor but the ones from Saab. Why, I do not know. This means there might be a slight difference between the two types, but they looked exactly the same to me. Also, the primary and secondary sensors are not interchangeable. I can tell you, though, I replaced my primary due to a CEL telling me to do so, and the new Bosch one I installed was no good. That took a few months to figure out and had to send it back to the supplier (a site sponsor) who gave me another new one. This one also caused me problems, until I had installed and removed it about 3 times over the course of 3 months. I finally have everything back to normal, but it took close to a year to eliminate my low- to no- boost condition initally caused by replacing the O2 sensor.
Bottom line is do not replace it (or them) unless absolutely necessary. It is complete hogwash to read and listen to the marketing ads stating that you should replace these things every 50K miles. These boneheads want your moola. The sensors have built-in heating elements to clean the tip after every shutdown of the engine.
Another thing to try is to remove your existing one, and clean the tip with a propane torch. This actually works.
