If you have the engine section of the manual, you should have everything you need. I have that too but never attempted a rebuilt. Too chicken. I took the easy way by replacing the engine.
Are you using new head bolts? Also The head bolts are to be tightened in stages in a specific pattern. Plus they are to be tightened a quarter turn more after being tightened to spec. I guess you know all that.
Did tou loosen the crank pulley? If you did I'd recommend carefully put together the Woodruff key, timing sprocket, balance sprocket, oils pump gear and the crank pulley. Pay particular attention to seating the Woodruff key correctly. If you look at the construction, the crescent shaped key will be in contact with the slot in timing sprocket only by a small area. You'd want to maximize that shearing area if you can by seating the key as far back as it will go.
Most importantly, tighten the crank pulley to 129 ft-lbs. A loose crank pulley will have disastrous consequence to the engine.
