could the O2 sensor have been hit, damaged or disconnected when the flex pipe was done? I don't know for sure, but could that cause a base boost condition?
It just seems strange that a flex pipe (I'm assuming it was the center flex pipe that was replaced) would affect boost. I just had mine done 3 weeks ago before a 500 mile trip and all was fine.
