I started with a couple of regular oil changes with regular oil and MOA-change every 2000. This will help break down any possible sludge that is in their. Then I switched to synthetic Mobil 1 with MOA for a couple of oil changes, 4000 mile intervals, and now I just use synthetic every 5000 miles and I use MOA every other change or every 10000. I also dumped the oil out of the tranny and replaced it with fresh non-synthetic oil (2 quarts 10w30)
