Another thing to check is the cabin air sensor to the left of the ACC. You should sense air flowing into it (e.g. by the wet finger technique) and hear it quietly running after you shut the car off. They sometimes get blocked with dust, cat fur, etc. so the little fan can't turn. If you clean it, be very careful not to damage the temp sensor mounted on a small PC board towards the cabin from the little fan. Use tweezers to carefully pull out the unwanted stuff.
The first thing to try, as others have correctly suggested, is re-calibration. All 3 of our 9000s have ACC and the 2 older ones need to be re-calibrated once in a while.
