Make sure the caliper pins are greased good. You should be able to move caliper side to side with ease. If they do not then they can not retract after braking and continue to stick to the rotor. This causes heat to build up and warp rotors even if you just put new ones one. If the calipers cant pivot freely on the pins then it cant dampen some of the vibration caused from gripping the rotor when braking.
