While we're on the subject... I keep my ACC on about 80 degrees when its cold out. However, the fan won't start blowing hard until about 5-10 minutes into my ride. Is the computer actually keeping the fan speed low because the coolant isnt at full operating temp? Does it know the temperature of the coolant? I sometimes just crank the fan up manually because luke warm can be better than waiting for full heat.
