Another question for you, this time regarding my 95'9000 monster......
Is there anything else that could create pressure in the coolant reservoir beside a headgasket? I know that I did a good job om my rebuild, and it only has about 3500 miles on the engine since. I'm getting a steady stream of bubbles in the reservoir that increase with throttle. Weird thing is that I'm not seeing any symptoms, it starts immedietely, no smoke, not missing a drop of coolant and compression is strong.(185-186-185-190). I'm using ARP studs instead of stretch bolts, and they haven't slipped one bit. FWIW, my machine shop did the head and only removed .004, valves weren't ground, just de-carbonized. Any ideas before I change the gasket? Also, is there any reason why I couldn't use the B235 all metal headgasket? Thanks Anders, you are very unselfish with your time, thanks for all of your great information and insight!
