I'd suspect more in the way of worn front bushings.
When you have warped rotors, you know it. You press on the brake pedal, and you feel a vibration directly related to speed. All rotors are a little bit out of true, so it's all a matter of degree. If you can't feel it - fine. If you can feel it, but have to really hunt for it, it's not a problem. Warped rotors are a problem when the vibration under braking becomes objectionable. If it isn't intrusive, it isn't a problem.
If you notice significant vibration under braking, if it's in the front wheels, you usually notice it in the steering. In the rears, you don't usually notice it in the steering. If you pull up some on the parking brake and you feel the vibration, it locates it to the rear. But it would be more of a feel than a steering wheel vibration.
My guess is that your front lower A arm bushings are worn. When you pull up the the parking brake the car will slow down a little. The body of the car is slowing slightly, but the front wheels aren't - this changes slightly the alignment of the front suspension. If the front bushings are worn, you'll get more movement, and this could cause some steering vibration. When you hit the brake pedal, all wheels are slowing, and you'd get a different wheel/suspension/body alignment.
Here's the real question - Does your car have an objectionable amount of vibration under braking, or are you looking for a problem to find?
