No, I highly doubt you broke something when power bleeding. I do that all the time using about 20-30 Psi of pressure with my commercial equipment.
You might have gotten air in the system if the fluid level was not high enough to pour over into the clutch compartment of the brake master reservoir.
To be safe when power bleeding the clutch system, the brake master reservoir needs to be topped off all the way to the rim to be able to supply enough fluid to clutch section of system.
