i don't think there is anything "wrong" with them, it's just personal preference I guess... and what you're aiming to get with lowering springs.

in fact my friend dave kennedy from spg9 recommends intrax springs... and he knows his stuff so i believe him.

For me however, I've looked into all the springs available, and compared their specs, and right off the bat i can tell you that i believe intrax has the most significant "drop" of all the springs, 1.7". I assume they could even drop more than that with a loaded car, or even after a few years of driving on them. they may get down to 2 inches after a while... and if you want larger wheels, 17"+, you MAY get into trouble with them rubbing... although if you run a search on here, you will find people who claim to run intrax springs with 215/45/17 tires without any problems... so... I don't know...

IF the springs ever sagged, SAS makes 1/2 inch rear poly sacers for the rear springs... and you can raise the back by a 1/2 inch... which is a saving grace of springs that drop too low over time...

If i truly have swedish dynamics red series springs, then I should only have a 40mm drop, which is like 1.5 inches... when they sag & if they sag, they'll hit the 1.7 mark i guess... i don't know tho, it's so hard to tell what springs will do over time, even tho the people that make them claim that they won't sag...

I just am a worrier, and I'd like a noticeable drop with my springs, but i don't want to risk not being able to run the tires i want... or coming close to rubbing them when i hit bumps and stuff...

I've heard some personal tesimony FOR intrax, and some personal testimony comparing inrax with h&r, and h&r being considered better...

But I guess i'm not the person to ask really, as i don't even know what springs i have! I am only assuming they are swedish dynamics... ;)

Do more searches for them...

BUT... I can tell you that from what i've read, I will go with H & R springs from taliaferro if i replace my springs...

they're $304 plus shipping... and that's only a little more than intrax...
