I read in another post that installing a 20A fuse in that slot rather than a 15A would solve the problem, since the bulbs call for 16A. Is that safe?
Could using WD40 to coax the fog light bulb's contact from its holder short out the circuit? I don't think the ground is the problem - all other front lights function fine.
