Wow, if your car is LeMans Blue we could be twins. I've got similar mileage on mine. I'm surprised to read the list of things you have not replaced. Are you the original owner?

I'd venture a guess that your struts must be blown as OEM units are not noted for their longevity past 100K Miles.

If you really want to know the status of your car, take it to an indie Saab shop and ask them to do a pre-purchase inspection. It costs about $100, but they go through the car from top to bottom. They can make observations on a plan of attack for the future or at the very least, give you an idea of your car's health. it's not the worst idea for those of us that do our own maintenance to have done every 60K miles or so.
