Very good. The timing stuff is $$$. But the regulator is not bad. Very good that it includes the brushes. Good to know.
So it sounds like I need to prioritize:
Brake Fluid every 2 years (I have been)
Fuel Pump (Overdue)
DI Cassette (Overdue? and no spare)
Replace both pullys, belt, check tensioner.
Control arm bushes (changed one recently)
Check CV Boots, listen for clicking
Front Bearings-replace if they vibrate
Struts if car seems bouncy or looses composure
Keep an ear on the timing chain and eratic idle
