Like always I like to thanks all for your sugestion and leads as how to target the fault, "There is no subtitute for experience".Whent back this afternoon and visually check both latch mechanism, and found out the following; if you manually lock (lock it with screw driver or something similar that will allow latch to fully lock and when just a bit more) with door open, open-door indication whent off..mmm (So realize that the electircal system is working properly) So I remove the latch-assy and found out basically how system works, As mentioned there some sord of switch mechanism that trigers the indication once the latch-assy is fully lock and secure. You can manually activate it with a screw driver if you carfully insert it in the lower section (Hopefully for those how have done it can undertand). Problem solved by straightening the lower lever link mechanism in the Latch-assy (Straighting it, it was visually bend)I must bend it just a litle during installation after the Lub-job and that bent keep the switch mechanisn inside from operating correctly. Very carefully reinstall the Latch-assy back to the door and happy again...
Thrust me Gents, next time I dicede to do any preventive maintenance, its is best to read the TSN files.
Regards
Ganzo.
