Keep or Sell it, what should I do?

Wow, I am on the fence about this. Opinions and Advice is invited.
Should I sell the ’94 car that I just bought and fix the auto transmission in my better ’96 9000cs with a salvage title? I bought the ’94 thinking this would be the opportunity to move out of the salvage title car.
As in my first post, I bought a running '94 9000cs thinking it would be easy to make it into a good car. I did that only because the transmission in my nice '96 9000cs went out and I had no transportation. I am having second thoughts about doing that because of all that it takes to get the '94 car into good shape and because it is a non-turbo.
The ’96 car only needs a transmission rebuild for $900 to $1500 and everything else works very well. The ’94 car needs a cabin fan motor, ACC fan speed controller, probably a brake master cylinder because the pedal slowly goes down, maybe AC compressor, the radio works buy not very well, and it is a slower non-turbo.
I am in an apartment and only have the parking lot to work in, in the rain. Time, expense, and unsuitable working conditions are major concerns here. I have also tried to sell the ’96 car as is at a low price of course and there are no takers so I would also have a disposal cost for the salvage title ’96 9000cs.
What do you think? Should I just keep the ’96 and fix the transmission and sell the ’94 that I just bought?
