A week or so ago I posted over the issue of my car failing emissions 2 tunes due to high hc. I took it to the diagnostic center offered by the state of Colorado and they tested it pretty thoroughly. It seemed that the car ran well under acceleration but when the pedal let up gas continued to pour into the engine creating high hc. Fuel pressure reg checked out, amm looked good when he tested it, and vacuum leaks were none. The tech said "throttle body sensor' and showed me the plug connection. I looked up the part and it seems for tcs cars it is the replacement of the whole throttle body. The car is a 92 turbo and it has already had the throttle body replaced about 7 years ago with about 30k miles of use on it from me. Does this mean I have to replace it with another one. Currently, there are 2 93 9ks in the boneyard near me and possibly I could get one there. I am not having tcs problems nor engine light issues. Any thoughts on this matter appreciated and a special thanks for those who tried to assist me before. Gracias to all. k9
