Guess! 50 ft-lbs is going to be about 75 lbs of force on a box wrench (9 inches from the bolt). Unless you are a body builder, that is basically tightening as hard as you can. Anything above 50 ft-lbs would require a breaker bar to achieve that kind of torque (75 ft-lbs of torque would require 50 pounds on an 18 inch breaker bar).
