Here is a calculator. If the crowfoot sticks straight out you need to lower your Tq setting to get the same Tq. If the crowfoot is at a 90 degree angle then the Tq will be almost exactly the same. The measurement from the middle of the handle to the axis that is turning is what is measured. Increase that length and the actual Tq will be higher then the setting. Turning it 90 degrees will barely change the length to a point where the change will not make a difference in your situation. While it is true that you don't need to Tq these bolts(and I would not) I understand that some people want to do it by the book. I have worked on helicopters for 7 years and there is no such thing as a bolt that does not get a Tq on those. Good luck.
