Sorry, when I said I replaced the battery, I meant that I bought a new battery. When bench tested, the starter spun full speed on initial and several subsequent attempts. Installed on the car, the starter does nothing. I have measured the voltage with the solenoid wire still installed, and I got nothing (actually -1) when I turned the key. I'm not 100% sure that the wire I had connected to test it with was securely fastened since it was dark. I need to test this again. IF I get no voltage there, it's gotta be the wiring or the ignition switch, right? I think the wiring is direct from the switch to the solenoid (no fuses). As far as the switch being bad, the one that's in there is only 3 months old and I don't think the dash lights would illuminate on key turn if it was bad..
