Clutch Master/Slave Cylinders and Hose

Bought my '95 CS w/ 32k miles in January 2000 with 6mo/6k mi warranty. Clutch became increasingly difficult to operate - tight. Thought it might just be my driving. By May returned to dealership. One technician bled line which significantly improved feel/response. That technician indicated replacement of master and slave cylinders. Once they realized it should be warranty, all of a sudden the couldn't find anything wrong with it. Since then it's become EXTREMELY difficult to get a smooth release - almost always a shimmy. I've had several places look at it. Finally found one recently that had seen the problem before. He checked line for pieces of rubber and found them - cause of problem. Fix: Replace master and slave. Problem: Trying to get the original dealership to fix it, as they should have done months ago. Also, found out that Saab service records show "known problem with slave cylinder" posted 2k miles before I bought it. Any suggestions? Any similar stories to corroborate? ANYONE HEARD OF SERVICE BULLETINS PUT OUT ABOUT THIS?
