I swapped the 87 9000t from auto to manual. The speedo is about 5-6 mph off. But it's too much trouble to fix. I'm using the automatic tranny speed sender in the 5 spd. As far as the conversion goes.. it's not bad IF you have the entire donor car to get the various needed parts from. Like driveshaft since one is different length. Then there's the center shaft support bearing bolted to the passenger side of engine under alternator. One for auto, a different one for manual. It was tough shoving the trannies around by myself!
